Individual and couples appointments: Monday–Saturday, 8am–7pm. For IOP and groups, ask about the current schedule and format.

Pull in, walk up, come inside.

We’re just off of Gallatin Pike in Inglewood East Nashville. Pull into the dedicated lot in front of the building, take the ground-level entry, and your therapist will meet you at the door, no reception desk or awkward shared waiting room.

Quiet rooms, natural light, no waiting-room shuffle.

The space was designed to lower the volume before the session starts: soft seating, sound-private rooms and an entrance that keeps your visit yours.

Or don’t come in at all.

Individual and couples remote sessions are available for people located in Tennessee, with the same clinicians and the same depth of work.
